Springtime in Denmark

The most beautiful things never photograph. But that doesn't stop me from trying. Happy June!

It worked this time! Just awe inspiring....You don't need to see a whole rainbow...this photo is even better..

That's lovely! I miss seeing a few clouds in the sky. Over here it's been a bit boring: blue, blue, blue...not to gloat! No, really, I miss the rain sometimes...

Rainbows make me think that the sublime is in nature, if anywhere.
Gorgeous photo.

Know what you mean, something elusive about rainbows in more ways than one I guess. I saw one once in real-life at just that kind of almost vertical angle when I was stopped at a railroad crossing, and I still remember it.

Great picture! now I see what you mean about rainbows. I feel connected to you in Denmark now. I wish I had taken a picture of the one here in KC then you could feel it too.

Thank you everyone for the kind words about this photo! I don't have time to respond to each of you individually, but I'm thinking of you all individually!
:-)

Ms. Mood, I'd like a bit more sun, so I look forward to it in July in Lisbon! :-) Of course, what will happen is I'll spend the month getting sunburned :-(

Nabeel, yep, I took it myself from the balcony of our apartment. It was hard to miss this shot, actually.

Day, I normally don't have my camera with me either...but this one is from our house, which helped.

Daphnewood, I was thrilled to read about your end of the rainbow very soon after I posted this photo.

Kunstemæcker, it isn't very warm, but it isn't cold, and it keeps raining, but that makes everything green. This would be the perfect time for tourism.
