A melancholy end to an old old year, ready to be packed up and placed in the basement. The start of a fresh new year, full of splintery shiny new words thrown out to the world in the hopes that the world might pick some of them up and play with them. But be careful. Words can be sharp.

End-of-year melancholy and hope, beautifully captured in words and photograph. Happy New Year!
It's good to be reminded of the power of words. Every year starts with words and wishes. By saying what we expect, we set certain goals and limitations, and open new doors.
I like it when the calendar allows us to make fresh starts and to feel these as something really fresh and new. But we can do that in a random day too, if we want.
Happy New Year!
Out with the new and in with the old. Happy year!
Blogger's rib new year's urge? Thought your you were tweeting and the gypsy tent was closed...
wrong assumption!?
I entered this site by chance, but I found very interesting. A greeting to all the people who visit this page.
My name is Joe Pinzone and I'm casting an international travel show about expats moving abroad. We'd love to film in Denmark and wanted to know if you could help us find expats who have moved there within the last 15 months or have been there for 3-4 years, but recently moved into a new home. The show documents their move to a new country and will place the country in fabulous light. The contributors on the show would also receive monetary compensation if they are filmed. If you'd like more information, please give me a call at 212-231-7716 or skype me at joefromnyc. You can also email me at joepinzone@leopardusa.com. Looking forward to hearing from you.
